Bonfire Hot Cocoa
From the months of October to March, I desperately need my hot cocoa fix. As an adult, with my own money, I’ve decided to invest in cocoa bombs. And of course, I have to load up on the toppings. Crushed cookies, coconut, and some graham cracker bits make for a perfect sip.
My obsession with hot cocoa has taken me to try something new. What if I were to mix tea with hot cocoa? The Maya Team got to work and made my dream a reality. They started with Bonfire Nights, a black tea specifically created to remind you of what it’s like to sit by a campfire. We use Lapsang Souchong to give the blend a nice smokiness as well as some cinnamon and cocoa nibs for some extra flavors. We even added some marshmallows so you know it goes well with the cocoa.
So what happens when you mix Bonfire Nights with Cocoa? Let’s just say, my October to March obsession got a little fancy. If you want to create a cool cup of cocoa, just check out this recipe!
